To show care to the community and to practicing corporate citizen responsibility, Best Leader strives in organizing and active participating in various social welfare activities and its achievements were widely recognized by the society. We have been awarded “Heart to Heart Company” from The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups since 2014.

As a good corporate citizen, Best Leader assumes its corporate social responsibilities amid providing high quality products and services to its customers over the past years. We are always keen on public welfare and social activities in various philanthropic events to support the disadvantaged by setting up a volunteer team and encouraging our employees to proactively participate in voluntary works to reciprocate the society.

Best Leader strives to put forward environmental conservation and encourages our staff to practicing low carbon lifestyle. We actively implemented relevant environmental policy and office environmental measure at the offices to meet the new green office trend.

There are four criteria to get the Famous Brands Hong Kong: questionnaires and telephone interviews (30%), comments from professionals, institutions and celebrities (30%), the public vote (30%) and corporate social responsibility (10%). In recognition ofthe efforts in brand establishmentand maintenance, Best Leader was elected as one of the famous brand in Hong Kong in 2014.

During summer and winter vacations, Best Leader will cooperate with various organizations to conduct Financial Training Program. University students coming from the Mainland China can learn the practical financial operation skills and have a better understanding about the financial market through interactions with a few experienced lecturers. Students from Peking University, Nanjing University, the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and so on have participated in the programs in the past years. Best Leader hopes to contribute to the training of the next generation of “Best Leaders” in the finance industry in China through such kind of activities.
